Day 11
Temp warming up hit 72 today and
mostly sunny.
Hi all,
Today was a travel day. We had to move 409 miles SW to Wenatchee, WA so
that we would be in a good place to do Cascade National Park tomorrow.
We first go by Flat Head Lake in
Montana.
A little latter we just had to stop
and let Prilly play with the horse's.
It's amazing how friendly they are
when you have an apple.
We had to stop for road construction
and this little fellow ahead of us had to get out and take a walk.
Through Idaho coming into Washington.
Washington is known for its apples.
Talk about mass producing apples.
Look at the stacks of crates.
Just before we get to Wenatchee we see
the Rocky Reach Dam
Then we see this real weird rock
mountain. Never have I seen rock like that before.
We land safe in Wenatchee. Sorry
about the delay of yesterdays page. The internet there was next to nothing so we
could not get it posted till we landed today.
Cascade National Park tomorrow !
See you then Ralph & Prilly
